MY STORY
Sara is a holistic practitioner, space holder, and intuitive bodyworker who brings a nurturing presence to every aspect of her work. With a background in massage therapy, reflexology, ayurveda, energy healing and women’s wellness, her offerings are steeped in embodied care and a deep trust in the body’s innate wisdom.
Her path into Womb & Fertility Massage Therapy™ was deeply personal - shaped by her own healing journey through hormonal imbalance, reproductive challenges and a longing to feel more connected to her womb and grounded in her body. These experiences allow her to hold compassionate, non-judgmental space for those navigating fertility struggles, menstrual imbalances, trauma and emotional pain, and gives her a deep sense of empathy and heartfelt understanding for the path her clients and students walk.
With over a decade of experience supporting women of all ages, Sara now shares her passion through facilitating Womb & Fertility Massage Therapy™ training courses. She teaches from the heart - blending technique with intuition and inviting others into a space of learning that is both sacred and grounded.
Sara also facilitates retreats and works with clients on a one-to-one basis from her peaceful clinic space in County Armagh, Northern Ireland, offering treatments that support relaxation, emotional release, fertility, womb wellness and connection to self.
